Great service! Clint Hudson was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in answering all the questions I had. He spent time to explain clearly what each service/maintenance entails. Car service/maintenance was completed in a timely matter. I would return and request to have Clint as my advisor again on future maintenances.

I was about to do business with them and was ready to buy a 2021 Red Ford Bronco that I was told it was available I was heading out the door and was texted back it was sold. I made peace with it being sold but two weeks later I see it still being used on their website and other sites to lure people in. Shoutout to Cory at the Toyota service Center. He kept me updated on time while my car was being serviced and got my car back to me even sooner than promised. Super friendly and made the whole visit seamless.
I came into the dealership for an 0815 a.m. scheduled regular service and a tire low pressure warning light. I was first told 3 tire pressure sensors needed to be replaced and I said I had a hard time believing 3 sensors all went out at the same time. I asked for a video or said I would go in person to see the senor testing. I received a call back and the service advisor told me that he had a more senior mechanic re-perform test and I only needed one sensor replaced and the car would be ready by 1 p.m. ... Read More

Had to wait about 2 hours for my car service. They have plenty of seating, a coffee bar, and TVs. They also have a shuttle, but I opted not to use it this time.
Yesterday I had my first service appointment at Red McCombs Toyota in San Antonio . I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman who introduced me to Luis Avila. Luis took care of me from beginning to end! I also purchased a part from Manuel Munoz! Mr. Munoz ordered the part for me many months ago and still remembered the transaction! The part was waiting for me! Luis helped me with my new Texas license plate installation! It was not easy , but above and beyond ! Thank you !
Aaron Shoilekov in the service department is outstanding!!! I called to get a price on a pre purchase inspection for a sequoia i was thinking about buying. My experience with Red McCombs Toyota was super frustrating. I got a Toyota SmartPath quote for a 2025 Tundra Limited CrewMax at $57,860 with 0.99% APR. Cool, right? Then I followed up and got… basically the same truck, but suddenly the price was higher with “add-ons” tacked on. Like, what? I tried to get answers, asked for a breakdown, and nothing total lack of transparency. It just feels shady that the same truck suddenly costs more and my original quote wasn’t honored. Definitely left me frustrated and losing trust. If you care about clear pricing and not feeling played, maybe look elsewhere.
When getting your vehicle serviced, ask for Erica. She is very knowledgeable and her customer service is top notch.
Got a flat tire and Jeremy Adams has been really helpful. He gave us clear time and price estimates, and our mechanic actually managed to beat the expected time by half an hour. The price falls within reasonable range.
I've been a Toyota customer for 9 years now and I rarely leave a review, even when my experiences have always been great. This last visit was unscheduled due to a last minute emergency, and the service was without a doubt the best one yet!

We bought our second Toyota here, and just had our first service. I am very impressed with their service team, and how fast they were able to complete the service. Yes we had an appointment, but to have the service done in 45 min. was outstanding. I have been to several toyata dealers for my first toyota, and would wait hours for service appointments. I am highly impressed with Red McCombs with both the purchase of our car and now their service department. Keep up the great work!
I bought a used Chevy, because this is a Toyota dealership, they couldn't "cerify " my vehicle. They also couldn't get rid of it fast enough. The finance officer I worked with was not exactly truthful, he didn't print out all the papers so I wasn't clear on a few details like monthly payments & interest rate. Also the 2 year warranty is bundled into the 6 year loan. Smart people don't finance things like that. Just had my 100,000-mile service done on my 2017 Toyota Corolla. Service Advisor Bruno Fuentes helped me, worked with me (I had other things done to my car along with the 100,000-mile service), and was able to get my car in and out without much wait time and within my budget. I have no doubt the service team intentionally and carelessly did anything wrong. They have seemed ok. But we bought a used car on Monday. On Wednesday it died. Since it's Red Mccombs I thought they would jump through hoops to fix it. But we had to pay to have it towed to them Thursday. On Friday we were told they'd have an answer Monday. They're relatively fast .. which is great but you don't necessarily feel welcomed. They wait for a few cars to pile up before walking out to you .. then just direct you inside.
Red McCombs service center did a wonderful job getting us in for an oil change and tire rotation within a couple days. Being new to the San Antonio area it can be hard to find an auto service center that will take care of you professionally. Now time to find a barber that can give a great haircut, as well.
We were there to buy a car. Joe our sales guy is friendly not pushy. We bought a Chevy traverse.
My saga started on 24 Aug when RJ said I needed a new oil pan. Stated it would be $601 but since I had an extended warranty I would pay my deductible. I had to come in at 730a the following weekend. Five stars because of Erica, my service rep. Brought my car in to have ac serviced. The initial dialogue with Erica, went really well and reassured me I could trust her. That has not always been the case as a single 70 y/o woman. Erica asked if I had been told on the phone there was a diagnostic fee. I had not. I have never had a better experience than with Mark Davis from service. His customer service is unparalleled, no one can top him. He always helps me out and makes things as easy for me. It is really hard to trust someone now a days but I trust him completely. He is truly the best. He made me feel like family. He has ruined all other customer service for me, no one can top him. I had the pleasure of working with Erica Howard we had some maintenance on our Tundra that needed to be completed. She assisted with that and then she listened to my concerns on the brakes which Toyota was investigating. The next day she called me to let me know there was a fix that just released for our concern. I was floored that she took the time to call me and let me know that she already placed the order for the parts. Anytime I need service I know who will be my advisor from now on.
Love coming here for my service! This last time I went in they were on point with the overall service and had great customer service!

Just left my 2009 Scion XB for a scheduled oil consumption test at Red McComb. Had to wait in my car for about 25 minutes before any team member approached me. I am so disappointed and discouraged about how I was treated this morning. I sat in my car and watched how the service team went to all the other cars but never mine. This was my first stop over for oil change on my 2006 Tundra and found The service department very regimented, unprofessional and out of touch with customer service etiquette.
I purchased a used vehicle at Red McCombs Toyota back in December of 2023. I had the pleasure of Jordan Uranga as my sales representative. After purchasing the vehicle, there was an issue with the windshield . When I contacted Jordan, he was apologetic even though he would not have known unless it was driven for a period of time. Through his diligence, he identified the windshield had been replaced by a reputable company. He organized the repair expeditiously and under the windshield warranty. I just wanted to say I had such a great experience with John beriji and AJ they made process so smooth and pleasant. I got a great deal and extremely happy with my new vehicle.
I took my 4Runner for its very first service. Though there were a few cars before me, they took it in right away. Roman Galindo was very thorough and send me a video of the vehicle right away so I could see what they were looking at. I was just getting comfortable to do some work while I waited when Roman came up to me and told me he was done. Wow! never in my lifetime as a driver have I experienced such great service maintaining my vehicle. Thanks Roman, and thanks Toyota Red McCombs.
Called and verified the vehicle I was interested in was available. Came to test drive it 20 minutes later and it was “just sold”. Salesman do not have integrity, avoid this dealer.
