San Antonio Parts Department Offerings

Brakes

You can get new brakes and associated parts from our parts department, where we’ll inspect your vehicle to see what you might need. We repair and replace pads, rotors, and more. If you hear any noises or feel grinding when you brake, it can be the right time to stop in and have us inspect them. Generally, you can replace your brake pads every 10,000 to 20,000 miles to ensure you’re safe on the road.

Tires

We offer several tire services in the San Antonio area you can explore. We recommend rotating your tires every 3,000 to 5,000 miles to make sure any wear and tear is even. When rotating your tires or plugging a leak, we’ll also check the treads to ensure they’re in good condition. We can replace all four tires to help you maintain great handling in your Toyota if you need. Changing your tires every six years can ensure you have the right traction and handling for your vehicle.

Filters

Cars need many filters to keep the engine running smoothly and the cabin air healthy. We can replace your air, oil, fuel, and cabin filters as required. Replacing air filters can help you extend your engine life and get you more mileage when driving. Additionally, it helps to change your filters every 12 months or 12,000 miles.

Wiper Blades

Wiper blades that need repairing can severely damage your windshield. They can also provide unsafe driving conditions in inclement weather if they can’t properly clean your field of vision. You can order new wiper blades through us and install them yourself or schedule an appointment for our team to order and replace them. For preventive care, you can replace your wiper blades every six months or 6,000 miles. You can change your transmission fluid between 30,000 and 60,000 miles.

Fluids

Cars need fluid replacement, flushing, and other services to run smoothly. Consider changing your oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles to avoid engine damage. We can also help you with automatic transmission fluid, brake fluid, coolant, and power steering fluid.

Batteries

You might see signs of needing a new battery if you have trouble starting your vehicle or if you notice the lights are dimming. Car batteries last about four to five years. To help you stay on top of this issue, we can order and install a new battery for you. If you notice any signs that your battery is low, contact us immediately to avoid getting stuck with a dead battery.

Other Parts

Along with these offerings, you’ll find several other parts we can help you with, including:

  • Rotors.
  • Accessories.
  • Transmission.
  • Wheel bearings.
  • Exhaust.
  • Belts.
  • Hoses.
  • Valves.
  • Starters.

You can also find several service specials on our website. These are rotating offers that change frequently, so act fast if you see something that could help your vehicle get back to peak performance. FAQs

What is an OEM Toyota Part?

OEM stands for “original equipment manufacturer”. In other words, an OEM part is a part built by the manufacturer for that specific vehicle. There are aftermarket parts you can purchase but an OEM part comes with a warranty. If you choose to use a part that is not OEM approved, you could potentially lose your warranty on your Toyota and not receive any benefit when trading in your vehicle etc.

Do you offer a warranty?

All OEM Toyota parts are covered by the nationwide Toyota factory warranty.

How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?

Genuine OEM Toyota parts have no effect on your vehicle’s warranty.

How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?

The best way is to contact us. We have Master Certified Toyota experts waiting to help you with finding the right part for your vehicle. We look forward to hearing from you!

What are your Customer Service hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 7 am to 4 pm.

What is a VIN and why do I need it?

Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) tells us everything we need to know about your Toyota.

Where can I find my VIN?

The easiest place to find your Toyota’s VIN is on your auto insurance card, but you can also find it on your registration or even on the driver’s door jam or at the base of the windshield on the driver’s side.
