Sales Representative

- Enthusiastically greet potential customers via showroom, phone, or internet inquiry
- Establish relationships with customers by listening to their needs and provide professional, product knowledge, and needs-based consultation
- Be able to perform quality, comprehensive, vehicle walk-arounds, demonstration drives, and final deliveries
- Exhibit confident negotiation skills during the sales process, as well as continue to hone skills on overcoming objections, within all aspects of the prospecting/sales environment
- Approach each sale with an emphasis on an exceptional customer experience and a commitment to a long term relationship with both you and the dealership (repeat and referral business is crucial in the auto sales environment)
- Continuously develop and maintain product knowledge in regards to the latest Toyota package configurations, options, and technology
- Be committed to an appointment-based culture; this includes prospecting and following up, with potential and past clients, through outbound phone calls, emails, and texts
- Attend Toyota product training sessions as well as internal dealership group and individual training sessions
- Participate with management in setting goals to achieve sales performance and production standards projected for the position
- Maintain high Customer Service Index (CSI) standards as outlined by Toyota

Automotive Service Technician

We currently have opening for experienced automotive technicians. The candidate should have at least three years of experience working as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent automotive repair shop. Preferred candidate will be experienced working on late model Asian import vehicles and have ASE and or manufacture certification.
Responsibilities for Auto Technician
- Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Inspecting vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
- Conducting routine maintenance work aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
- Maintain a personal tool set with everything needed for diagnostics and repair.
- Work with Service Advisor to complete estimates for customers
- Follow dealership and manufacture policies and procedures for record keeping, safety, environmental, and insurance regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe shop environment
Qualifications for Auto Technician
- Manufacture specific training (Preferred)
- ASE Certification (Preferred)
- Certificate or degree from accredited automotive technician training program (Preferred)
- 3+ years experience as an automotive technician in a shop environment
- Attention to detail and the ability follow direction precisely
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
- Skilled in the operation of shop machinery (Tire Machine, Wheel Alignment Machine etc)
- Knowledge of OBD1 and OBD2
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Pass back ground check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the technicians job

Automotive Lube Technician – Essential Duties
- Performs minor maintenance on primarily Toyota vehicles including engine oil & filter changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, replaces engine and air conditioning filters, wiper blades, check tires and adjust tire pressure.
- Follows company policy and procedures for attendance, work ethic, safety, and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc
- Keeps work area neat and clean
- Ensures that customer’s vehicle is kept clean, operated in a safe manner and resets the maintenance reminders.
Automotive Lube Technician – Education and/or Experience
- No prior experience or training required. We will provide you a combination of in person and computer based training.
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Within one month of start date you will be required to complete the manufactures on-line training modules to become certified as a Toyota Maintenance Technician
- Ability to read, write and understand verbal communication and instructions.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Pass pre-employment screening to include drug screen and back ground check
- Desire to learn
- Enjoy working as a team and have the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work around vehicles, tools, and delicate equipment
- Physically able to move around the shop (climbing stairs, ladders, etc), carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs), and position your body in ways needed to repair vehicles (reach, bend, etc)
