You are under no obligation to sign any final paperwork until you have had the opportunity to drive and inspect your vehicle. Unlike other online vehicle transaction services, your concierge will conduct an in-person professional delivery, and provide a personalized, detailed, presentation of your new ride’s technology, safety, and convenience features. Plus, keep in mind, our relationship with you does not end there. Red McCombs Toyota will continue to be here to answer any future questions or concerns; plus, we have a state-of-the-art service facility to handle both your routine maintenance and the unexpected repair.

We know your time is valuable, and with our Curbside Express option we make sure your time is maximized. The whole process starts with our Online Concierge Representative guiding you to find that perfect vehicle. Once you’re ready to sign papers, we roll out the red carpet just for you! Your vehicle will be ready for a test drive when you arrive in its designated parking spot with your representative ready to show you the great features. Our finance department will then take care of the official purchase and voila! You’re ready to drive home in your brand new vehicle!
